Most Freedom First branches offer services at drive-thru windows for member convenience. Members may also conduct many of the same kinds of transactions using the Freedom First Mobile app, using the network of surcharge-free ATMs, or simply by stepping into one of our 10 local branches.
 
To better serve our members and in the interest of keeping the drive-thru lanes moving quickly, Freedom First will only accept the following transactions at drive-up windows.

 
The following requests will not be accepted at drive-up teller windows. Please step into the branch during regular business hours if you need help with any of these.

  • Rolled coin-in or out (step into the branch)

  • Transaction history (use the Freedom First Mobile app and easily view your transactions)

  • Debit Card reorders (call our Contact Center at 540-389-0244 or step into your local branch)

  • Checks requiring an authorization code (step into the branch)

  • More than 3 transactions (step into the branch or if possible use the Freedom First Mobile app)
