With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, he has risen from Teller to Branch Manager, ultimately becoming a leader in Private and Business Banking. Phil also enjoys giving back through his volunteer work with educational and nonprofit organizations.

Whether he's spending time with his wife, two sons, and their energetic Siberian Husky, or tackling endurance challenges like the Marine Corps Marathon, Ironman 70.3 in Roanoke, and the Virginia 10-Miler in Lynchburg, Phil is reminded that endurance is not just a sport—it’s a way of life. He brings that same focus, resilience, and commitment to every relationship he builds.
