What do I do if I've lost my card?
If you lose your VISA® credit card, call the Credit Card Center at 1-855-609-3628. You will not be liable for the unauthorized use that occurs after you notify the Credit Card Center. If you have added your credit card to the Card Controls feature in your mobile app, you can also turn your card off and report it lost/stolen from within the app without having to call.
